2. Scope
These conditions govern purchases made on the Sime Elettronica online store. Before ordering, the customer is invited to read the product sheet, price, availability, and information shown in the cart and at checkout.
3. Prices and Costs
Prices shown on the website are in euros. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and the total order amount are summarized before the order is placed.
4. Orders
After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation at the provided contact details. In case of unavailability or data requiring clarification, Sime Elettronica will contact the customer before proceeding.
5. Payments
Only payment methods actually shown and available at checkout are accepted. Any conditions of the payment service provider remain applicable.
6. Shipping
Destinations, rates, and updated conditions are indicated on the Shipping page and are summarized at checkout.
7. Delivery
The order is delivered within the timeframe indicated during the purchase or agreed upon with the customer. Failing a different term, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise provided by law.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The consumer can communicate their withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, by means of an explicit declaration sent to the seller's contacts, subject to the exceptions provided for by applicable regulations. Instructions, conditions, and contact details are provided on the Returns and Refunds page. Unless otherwise indicated or required by law, the direct costs of return are borne by the customer.
The refund is made within the legal terms; the seller may withhold it until the returned goods are received or until proof of their shipment, if earlier.

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by applicable regulations, for a minimum period of two years from delivery, without prejudice to any more favorable rights.
